GMAC Commercial Mortgage

GMAC Commercial Mortgage closed a $5 million, three-year interim mortgage for the Shalom Nursing Home located in Mt. Vernon, New York. This three story facility consists of 240 beds and was built in 1974. The property has been operated for the past 20 years by the National Council of Young Israel, a not-for-profit organization, which is the umbrella organization of 150 Orthodox Jewish congregations throughout the United States.

Diane Papsidero, vice president in the Manhattan Office of GMACCM originated this loan. GMAC Commercial Mortgage closed over $12 million in loans in 1999 and services a loan portfolio of $78 billion.
