"Mr. Gray's knowledge of the City's architectural history is unparalleled, and his presentation will be a wonderful way to introduce Grand Beekman to the real estate community," said Izak Senbahar, the developer of Grand Beekman.
Rising 32 stories, Grand Beekman will boast breathtaking views of the city skyline and East River and capture the grace and grandeur of the exclusive Beekman Place neighborhood. Designed by Costas Kondylis, New York's preeminent luxury high-rise residential architect, Grand Beekman will feature 89 condominium residences.
They will range from one- to four-bedrooms, with several half-floor residences and three full-floor penthouses complete with fireplaces and sprawling terraces.
Construction will start this Spring, with occupancy scheduled for October 2002.
