NEW YORK
Mack-Cali Realty Corporation announced the following transactions at its properties:
* United Parcel Service, Inc. has signed a five-year, 77,203 SF lease at 3 Warehouse Lane in Elmsford, N.Y.;
* MMO Music Group, Inc. has signed a 25,000 SF renewal lease at 50 Executive Boulevard in Elmsford, N.Y.;
* American Home Assurance Co. has signed a 14,056 SF lease at 555 Taxter Road in Elmsford, N.Y. Kevin Foley and Glenn Walsh, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction.
Carol McGuire, in house leasing director with Mack-Cali Realty, represented the landlord in. all transactions..
EastRidge Properties announced the following transactions at its properties:
* Financial Institution Retirement Fund has signed a 27,505 SF renewal and expansion lease at 108 Corporate Park Drive in White Plains, N.Y. Alan Peterson, of Choyce Peterson, Inc., represented the tenant in the transaction;
* Wrenchead, Inc. has signed a 6,039 SF lease at 108 Corporate Park Drive in White Plains, N.Y;
* Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. has signed a 4,184 SF lease at 701 Westchester Ave. in White Plains, N.Y. Martin Horner and Erik Storz, of the Staubach Company, represented the tenant in the transaction;
* PBI Media, LLC has signed a 3,509 SF lease at 2700 Westchester Ave. in White Plains, N.Y. Budd Weisenberg, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction;
* MayPro Industries, Inc. has signed a 6,067 SF lease at 2500 Westchester Ave. in White Plains, N.Y.;
* Koo Larabee, Lau Kee & Lane, LLP has signed a 3,199 SF lease at 106 Corporate Park Drive in White Plains, N.Y. Arthur Scinta, Esq. represented the tenant in the transaction;
* Barback, Uliano & Company PC has signed a 2,055 SF lease at 1025 Westchester Ave. in White Plains, N.Y.
Cushman & Wakefield announced that Blaylock & Partners, L.P. has signed a 23,000 SF lease at 399 Park Ave. in New York City. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the transaction.
T. Weiss Realty announced that TOTUS Express Offices has signed a 19,000 SF lease at Melville Corporate Center II in Melville, N.Y. T. Weiss Realty represented the tenant in the transaction.
Helmsley-Spear, Inc. announced that Strawberry has-signed, a 15-year, 12,000 SF renewal lease, at the Empire State Building in New York City. Helmsley-Spear served as the broker in the transaction.
The Corcoran Group announced that it has signed a 10,500 SF lease at 660 Madison Ave. in New York City.
Reckson Associates Realty Corp. announced the following transactions at its Westchester properties:
* Archer Daniels Midland has signed a 7,417 SF renewal lease at 660 White Plains Road in White Plains, N.Y.;
* GlobalSpec, Inc. has signed a 4,071 SF lease at 560 White Plains Road in White Plains, N.Y.;
* Sponsor Direct, LLC has signed a 3,224 SF lease at 580 White Plains. Road in White Plains, N.Y.;
* Genova Partners, Inc. has signed' a 2,146 SF lease at 660 White Plains Road in White Plains, N.Y.;
* Asahi Breweries, Ltd. has signed a 1,254 SF lease at 560 White Plains Road in White Plains, N.Y.
Insignia/ESG announced that Marche Madison has signed a 7,200 SF sublease at 75 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City. David A. Green, of Insignia/ESG, C. Bradley Mendelson, and Matthew Gorman represented the sub-landlord in the transaction. Candice Dobbs, of Dobbs Associates, represented the tenant.
Insignia/ESG announced that Cafe Metro has signed a 10-year, 6,600 SF lease at 485 Fifth Ave. in New York City. David LaPierre, managing director of Insignia/ESG, Loren Baron, associate director, and Bruce Surry, executive managing director, represented both parties in the transaction.
CRESA Partners announced that Avail Consulting has signed a 4,500 SF lease at Fifth Ave. in New York City. Michael Smith, senior vice president of CRESA Partners, and Garett Varricchio, associate, represented the tenant in the transaction. Peter Weisman and Joseph Gardener, Sr., of P&J Realty Corp., and Newmark and Company Real Estate, represented the landlord.
The Riese Organization announced that it has singed a 12-year, 3,000 SF renewal lease at 825 Seventh Ave. in New York City.
Two Tress Management Co. LLC announced that Kosherline.com has singed a four-year, 1,334 SF lease at 45 Main St. in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. announced that flora and henri has signed a 10-year, 1,000 SF lease at 943 Madison Ave. in New York City. Faith Hope Consolo, vice chairman of Garrick- Aug, and Joseph A. Aquino, managing director, represented both parties in the transaction.
NEW JERSEY
Cushman & Wakefield announced that Maher Terminals, Inc. has signed a 15-year, 43,146 SF lease at Connell Corporate Center IV in Berkeley Heights, N.J. Sean P. Brady, of Cushman & Wakefield, and Michael Burgio, represented the tenant in the transaction.
Mack-Cali Realty Corporation announced the following transactions at its New Jersey properties:
* PAR Pharmaceutical, Inc. has signed a 30,389 SF expansion lease at 300 Tice Boulevard in Woodcliff Lake, N.J. Christopher B.
