* Palisade Capital Securities has signed an 11,222 SF renewal lease at One Bridge Plaza in Fort Lee, N.J. Christopher DeLorenzo represented the landlord;

* Northeast Consulting Group, Inc. has signed a 9,170 SF lease at 11 Commerce Drive in Cranford, N.J. Toni Casiano, in-house leasing director with Mack-Cali Realty, represented the landlord in the transaction.

CONNECTICUT

Allied Property Group announced the following transactions:

* American Golfer has signed a 1,652 SF lease at 200 Railroad Ave. in Greenwich, Conn. Thomas Torelli, of Allied Property, represented both parties in the transaction;

* Early Map Source has signed a 1,598 SF sublease at 1111 East Putnam Ave. in Greenwich, Conn. Thomas Torelli represented the tenant in the transaction;

* GEMS has signed a 1,450 SF lease at 1111 East Putnam Ave. in Greenwich, Conn. Thomas Torelli represented the landlord in the transaction;

* Mead Counseling has signed a 916 SF lease at 200 Railroad Ave. in Greenwich, Conn. Thomas Torelli represented both parties in the transaction.
