REIT Symposium

Apr. 2--The REIT Center of New York University will holds its eighth annual symposium from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The symposium will include an investor roundtable, a discussion of current trends, and a five-year forecast. Atlantic Building Convention

Apr. 2--The Atlantic Building Convention will hold its annual meeting from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. New Jersey Senate co-president John Bennett, New Jersey Senate co president Dick Codey, New Jersey General Assembly speaker Albio Sires, and New Jersey General Assembly Republican leader Paul DiGaetano will be the featured speakers at the event. REBNY Seminar

April 2--The Real Estate Board of New York will host a mold seminar entitled "Mold in Commercial Buildings and on Construction Sites" at the Yale Club, 50 Vanderbilt Avenue Grand Ballroom, NYC, 8 to 11 a.m. Our guest speakers are William Esposito, president, The Ambient Group; Richard Silberman, manager of business development, Healthy Buildings International, Inc.; and Stephen Gordon, principal, Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. AREW Anniversary

Real Estate Incentives Seminar

April 2--Brooklyn Economic Development Corporation (BEDC) will hold a "Real Estate Incentive Programs Seminar" from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at BEDC's offices at 175 Remsen St., Suite 350, downtown Brooklyn. The presenters for the workshop are Don Giampietro, director of the Incentives Programs at the city's Department of Small Business Services, and Florence Adu, assistant vice president of the city's Economic Development Corporation. The workshop is free for nonprofits and government staff members, and $20 for others.
