Prudential Holmes & Kennedy announced that Diane Cummins, who is currently managing the Somers office, will take on the added responsibility of the Katonah office, as well as regional manager for Northern Westchester. Cummins held the position of president of the Putnam Association of Realtors from 2001 to 2005.
She has the unusual honor of having been awarded Realtor of the Year three times, in 2000, 2002 and 2005. Currently, she is a director of the Westchester County Board of Realtors. Cummins also holds several designations including: Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and holds a Transnational Referral Certification (TRC).
