Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. has promoted David Stifelman of Randolph, N.J., to the position of executive director in its East Rutherford office. Stifelman joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1995. Since then, he has been responsible for leasing well over four million square feet of office space and also has sold several office buildings and land sites. He has twice received Cushman & Wakefield's New York Area "Silver Production" award. Stifelman currently serves as landlord representative for more than 1 million square feet of notable New Jersey office projects. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Stifelman held leasing management and investment sales positions at Zepka/Goldberg Real Estate Co. and Kislak, Co., respectively. He also previously worked as an assistant vice president at Morgan Stanley Co.
