Jones Lang LaSalle announced that it has negotiated a 10-year lease agreement with Sumitomo Electric, on behalf of Transwestern, the owner of 360 Lexington Ave., for approximately 4,019 SF of office space at the 24-story building.

The lease agreement represents the entire top floor of the 240,000 SF office tower located between 40th and 41st streets.

Elizabeth Houley, vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle, the managing and leasing agent for the building, negotiated the lease for Transwestern. James Saunders, of Newmark & Company Real Estate represented the tenant in the negotiations.
