The marketing directors wins 'Silver Awards'

Sales and marketing activities in behalf of 220 Riverside Boulevard at Trump Place have earned eight prestigious industry awards for The Marketing Directors, Inc.

The National Sales & Marketing Council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) recently presented National Silver Awards to The Marketing Directors in three categories: Best Logo Design, Best Direct Mail Campaign, and Best Brochure for a Community (homes priced higher than $500,000).

The Marketing Directors also won NAHB regional awards, also for 220 Riverside Boulevard, in five categories: Best Logo Design, Best Brochure for a Community (homes priced higher than $500,000), Best Broker Campaign, and Best Black & White Ad and Best Sales Office.

Developed by Donald J. Trump in partnership with several major international development companies based in Hong Kong, 220 Riverside Boulevard is a 440-residence, 49-story condominium building with an anticipated total sellout value of $450 million. With residences ranging in price from $380,000 for studios to $3.705 million for four-bedrooms, the building is 80% sold.

The firm also won a regional award for Best Special Promotion -- E-mail Blast Campaign -- in behalf of Chartwell House.

Located at Second Avenue and 92nd Street, Chartwell House is a 149-residence condominium developed by Capital Real Estate in partnership with Fisher Brothers. With a sellout value expected to exceed $90 million, the 34-story condominium is 90% sold.

The Marketing Directors' Nancy E. Reese was named the Sales Manager of the Year for Region 8, which encompasses New York. Reese heads the sales effort at Chartwell House.

"Our primary reward is when a development we represent does well," says Adrienne Albert, president of The Marketing Directors. "This recognition from our peers in the industry is the icing on the cake. It's so very gratifying for my staff and me."

With the 2002 NAHB honors, The Marketing Directors and Albert have received more than 100 industry awards.
