Cushman & Wakefield announced the promotion of Mark Mandell to executive director. He was previously a senior director, and has been with the firm since 1987. Mr. Mandell specializes in tenant and landlord representation, both in the New York Metropolitan Area and throughout the United States. He has advised major companies regarding their real estate strategies, and has successfully leased well-known office towers on behalf of leading landlords. As a tenant representative, Mr. Mandell has recently worked on behalf of NYU Medical Center, Miller Buckfire, Lore Pinna, Harry N. Abrams Publishing, Elad Properties, SunTrust Bank, Dia Center for the Arts, Urban Justice Center, Sills Cummis & Gross and Capital Z Partners, among others. As a landlord representative, he has represented the ownership of 555 Madison Ave., Eleven Madison Ave., 597 Fifth Ave., 450 West 15th St. and 95 Morton St.
