Cushman & Wakefield announced the promotion of Robert Gallucci to senior director. He was previously a director, and has been with the firm for more than 10 years.
Gallucci provides representation for diversified clientele throughout the US, with an emphasis in the New York Metropolitan Area. He represents Starbucks Coffee on an international basis, with more than 125,000 s/f in transactions currently in negotiations. Last year, he represented Dechert LLP in leasing 200,000 s/f at 1095 Avenue of the Americas.

As a landlord representative, Gallucci has successfully filled office buildings throughout Manhattan. He is a member of the leasing team for 245 Fifth Ave., a 303,622 s/f building that is now 99% occupied. This year he was named leasing agent for 619 W. 54th St. and 434 Broadway. Gallucci is a graduate of the University of Nebraska.
