Charlter Realty & Development Corp. has acquired Westgate Shopping Center, Congress Street, Portland, Maine. Shaw's Supermarket, CVS and Advance Auto anchor the 91,000 s/f center, for which Charter has a full renovation and expansion planned. The purchase price for the property was $9 million.
