Michael A. Maffettone, a licensed real estate sales associate with Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate, recently closed on the sale of a half acre parcel of vacant land located at 2025 Deer Park Avenue in Deer Park, N.Y.. The property, owned by a private investor, was sold for $800,000. He was able to secure the buyer, a local Dunkin Donuts franchise owner.
Maffettone negotiated the deal to be contingent upon a clean environmental report and nothing more, including site plan approvals or building permits.
