BOMA-NJ meets with Bret Schundler tonight

The New Jersey Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)announced that on it will hold its April meeting today. The meeting subject will be an overview of the redevelopment of Jersey City with guest speaker Jersey City Mayor Bret Schundler, who will offer insights on what has taken place in the Jersey City marketplace over the last decade. The mayor will also discuss issues he is promoting for his upcoming run for Governor.

The price is $40 for members and $60 for non members. The meeting will be held at The, East Brunswick Hilton Hotel. Registration, along with cocktails, provided by Pieros Roofing. Specialists, begins at 5:30 p.m. followed by the presentation at 6:30 p.m. and dinner.

Founded in 1984, The Building Owners and Managers Association of New Jersey consists of over 400 members representing the leading building owners, managers, developers, asset managers, leasing professionals, corporate facility managers and providers of products and services for commercial properties. Internationally, the organization has over 95 associations representing 6 billion square feet of commercial space. BOMA-NJ holds monthly information exchanges and additionally provides continuing education courses through The BOMI Institute.
