Hanley Advisors, LLC announced that Richard L. Podos has joined the firm as a director. In his new position, Podos will be responsible for portfolio restructuring, transaction management, and technology implementation.
Podos has 17 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Hanley Advisors, he served as executive vice president of business development and marketing at NetStruxr. Podos list of clients includes such firms as the Bank of America, IBM, and Prudential Financial.
