The Rudd Group announced the sale of 238 Madison Ave., a five-story building, mixed-use building in New York City, for $5 million. Rosarios Saglimbeni, director of the Rudd Group, represented the seller in the transaction. The Corcoran Group represented the buyer.
Besen & Associates announced the sale of 65 W. 36th St., a 12-story, 60,000 SF loft building in New York City, for $8.5 million. Edmond Levy, of Besen & Associates, represented the buyer in the transaction. Eric Meyer, of GVA Williams, represented the seller.
Mark Holdings LLC and Paragon Realty Group LLC announced the acquisition of Samsondale Plaza, a 140,000 SF shopping center in West Haverstraw, N.Y.
Besen & Associates announced the sale of Kingsbridge Gardens, Winthrop Village, and Lehland House, a seven-building portfolio in the Bronx, for $42 million. Mona Hamburger, Ruth Barone, and Jason Cohen, of Carlton Advisory Services, Inc., represented the seller in the transaction. Adelaide Polsinelli and Amit Doshi, of Besen & Associates, represented the buyer.
Massey Knakal Realty Services announced the sale of 34-54 44th St., a 25,000 SF office building in Long Island City, N.Y., for $4.4 million. Al Holloman, director of sales at Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction.
CB Richard Ellis, Inc. announced the sale of 2125 Center St., a 72,131 SF office building in Fort Lee, N.J., to Jonah Zupnick for $8.7 million. Jeffrey R. Dunne and Christopher G. McManus, of CB Richard Ellis, represented both parties in the transaction.
Cushman & Wakefield announced the sale of 33 Knightsbridge Road, a 155,000 SF office building in Piscataway, N.Y. to BET Investments. Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer in the transaction Metropolitan Area FSG represented the seller, PA Knightsbridge Road.
Levey Miller Maretz, LLC announced the following transactions:
* The sale of 273 Dwight St., an apartment building in New Haven, Conn., for $183,000. Glen Greenberg and Bill Silverman, of Levey Miller Maretz, represented both parties in the transaction;
* The sale of Ellsworth Court Apartments, an apartment building in New Haven, Conn., to Lamplighter, LLC for $1.55 million. Michael Gordon and Bill Silverman, of Levey Miller Maretz, represented both parties in the transaction;
* The sale of 1401-1405 Chapel St., an apartment building in New Haven, Conn., to Saturn Properties, LLC for $700,000. Michael Gordon and Bill Silverman, of Levey Miller Maretz, represented both parties in the transaction;
* The sale of The Street Building, an office building in New Haven, Conn., to Chapel & State LLC for $600,000. Bill Silverman served as the broker in the transaction.
Schnee Realty Company, Inc. announced the sale of Columbus Towers Apartments, an apartment complex on the Upper West Side of New York City.
