Hollywood Tans leases space at 750 Sixth Ave

The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo and Joseph Aquino of Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. has arranged the leasing of approximately 2,200 SF, ground level, in the Vanguard at 750 Sixth Ave., between 24th and 25th Streets, to Hollywood Tans. This completes the leasing of the entire retail space in this brand-new, 29-story, multi-use building on the east side of the Avenue. The term of the lease is for 10 years.

According to Consolo, vice chairman, "Hollywood Tans will be joining Starbucks and CVS at 750 Sixth. The Vanguard is one of several new towers that have gone up in this district, because of recent rezoning that permitted residential development in a neighborhood that used to be devoted to fur, flower, and flea markets. There had been very little construction in the West 20s for quite a while, but all that has changed now and this stretch of Sixth Avenue at the entrance to Chelsea is fast becoming a much needed residential and retail area."
