Trammell Crow Company has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the International Trade Center, a 7 million SF, mixed-use complex in Mount Olive, N.J. Bob Sklow, Leo Paytas, and Mitchell Katz will handle this assignment on behalf of Trammell Crow.

SBWE, Inc. has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the following properties:

* 69,000 SF of space at 95 Mayhill St. in Saddle Brook, N.J. Michael Evans, Irv Weiss, and Gary Capetta will handle this assignment on behalf of SBWE;

* Three buildings, totaling 86,000 SF, in Meadowlands, N.J. Michael Evans will handle this assignment on behalf of SBWE.

SBWE, Inc. has been appointed as the exclusive sales and leasing agent for 1200 Valley Brook Ave., a 182,000 SF warehouse building in Lyndhurst, N.J. Michael Evans will handle this assignment on behalf of SBWE.

City Habitats, Inc. has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 240 W. 73rd St., a 17-story apartment building in New York City.
