Massey Knakal Realty Services announced the following transactions:

* The sale of 661 W. 179th St., a five-story apartment building in New York City, for $4.51 million. Robert Knakal, chairman of Massey Knakal, and Marco Lala, managing director, represented both parties in the transaction;

* The sale of a one-half interest in 310 Canal St., a four-story, mixed-use building in New York City. Peter DeCheser, managing director of Massey Knakal, and Michael DeCheser represented both parties in the transaction.

Torresco Realty LLC announced the sale of 220 E. 125th St., a 30,000 SF loft building in New York City, to the Church of Scientology for $3.45 million. Torresco Realty represented the seller in the transaction.

WRA Properties announced the sale of 132-142 E. 112th St. in New York City, a vacant lot zoned for residential development. Barbara Rohregger, of WRA Properties, represented both parties in the transaction.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Properties announced the sale of 432 West St., a two-story, 4,600 SF garage in New York City, for $3.75 million. Nicholas P. Poshkus, managing director of Coldwell Banker, represented the seller in the transaction.

CB Richard Ellis announced the sale of 4 Gladys Court, a 38,000 SF industrial property in Edison, N.J., to the Jaken Company for $42 million. Lou Belfer, Scott Belfer, Mindy Lissner, Nick Nitti, and Terry Armstrong, of CB Richard Ellis, represented the seller in the transaction.

Schnee Realty announced the sale of a commercial building in West New York, N.Y. Marvin Schnee, of Schnee Realty, served as the broker in the transaction.

Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of the Townhouses & Marina at Waters Edge, a townhouse complex in Catskill, N.Y. Jeffrey Gorodensky, director of Marcus & Millichap, represented both parties in the transaction.

CB Richard Ellis announced the sale of Mount Pleasant Executive Center, a 383,000 SF office building in Sleepy Hollow, N.Y., to New York Life Insurance Company. Frank J. Tomasulo, senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis, Al Gutierrez, senior associate, and Paul Hoffmann, vice president, represented the seller in the transaction.

Insignia/ESG announced the sale of 265 Post Ave., a 50,000 SF office building in Westbury, N.Y., to Rafiy Associates for $5.5 million. Kelly Koukou, director of Insignia/ESG, represented both parties in the transaction.

Leslie J. Garfield & Co., Inc. announced the sale of 173 E. 73rd St., a three-story, 4,600 SF building in New York City, for $3.995 million. Lydia Rosengarten, of Leslie J. Garfield, represented the buyer in the transaction. The Corcoran Group represented the seller.

Gerber/Somma Associates announced the sale of Cedar Grove Apartments, a garden-style apartment complex in North Hanover, N.J., for approximately $1 million in a 1031 exchange. Gerber/Somma served as the broker in the transaction.

Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. announced the sale of Plaza Square Shopping Center, 104,000 SF retail property in Wayne, N.J., to Crow Holdings Real Estate Fund for $20.6 million. Cushman & Wakefield represented both parties in the transaction.
