Corporate Restructuring and Creditor Rights law specialist Alex Spizz, partner, Todtman, Nachamie, Spizz & Johns, P.C. will be a panelist at a luncheon seminar, entitled "Views from the Bench," hosted by the New York Institute of Credit (NYIC) on Thursday, May 13, 12:30 to 2:00 p.m., at Arno's Restaurant, 141 West 38th Street.
The expert panel also includes: U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Allan Gropper; Newark, New Jersey Bankruptcy Court Judge Morris Stern; and Gerald P. Buccino, chairman and CEO, Buccino & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm prominent in crisis and interim management, insolvency and reorganization, corporate restructuring and more.
The seminar is part of NYIC's 25th Credit Smorgasbord, which will feature seven seminars.
