Corporate Restructuring and Creditor Rights law specialist Alex Spizz, partner, Todtman, Nachamie, Spizz & Johns, P.C. will be a panelist at a luncheon seminar, entitled "Views from the Bench," hosted by the New York Institute of Credit (NYIC) on Thursday, May 13, 12:30 to 2:00 p.m., at Arno's Restaurant, 141 West 38th Street.

The expert panel also includes: U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Allan Gropper; Newark, New Jersey Bankruptcy Court Judge Morris Stern; and Gerald P. Buccino, chairman and CEO, Buccino & Associates, Inc., a consulting firm prominent in crisis and interim management, insolvency and reorganization, corporate restructuring and more.

The seminar is part of NYIC's 25th Credit Smorgasbord, which will feature seven seminars.

"It is quite an honor to be on a panel with such an auspicious group," points out Mr. Spizz.

"Mr. Buccino is a leader in corporate turnarounds and Judge Gropper and Judge Stern are well-respected jurists who have been responsible for some very important decisions in the area of bankruptcy law.

"It should be quite a lively discussion."
