PlanetOut Partners, a leading global online media company, signed a deal to lease 5,525 s/f at 317 Madison Avenue.
PlanetOut is relocating from 126 Fifth Avenue in May 2005 to occupy a portion of the 4th floor at 317 Madison.
Bill Peters, Derek Trulson & Aron Whitehead with the New York office of The Staubach Company represented PlanetOut Partners in the negotiations and Larry Swiger with SL Green represented the landlord.
PlanetOut Partners, headquartered in San Francisco, services the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community through a comprehensive group of branded on-line businesses.
