Sudler secures industrial lease

Real Estate Weekly, May 14, 2008

The Sudler Companies recently announced that Ranger Industries, Inc. had renewed its lease at 15-17 Park Road in Tinton Falls and increased its presence at the property with a 3,500 s/f expansion. Jeff Hale, vice president of leasing for Sudler, handled the transaction.

Ranger Industries, Inc has been a loyal tenant at the property since 1986. With their new expansion of 3,500 square feet, they will now occupy the entire 38,368 square foot building under the long-term lease agreement.

"The long-term lease renewal with Ranger Industries is a prime example of Sudler's ability to foster strong and lasting relationships with our customers," said Hale. "This attractive and strategically-located Monmouth County property has consistently met the ongoing needs of all its tenants."

Located within an attractive corporate park setting, the 15-17 Park Road building features air-conditioned offices, a bay size of 37'4 X 25' and an attractive brick front exterior design. The building is currently 100% occupied. Conveniently located at Exit 105 of the Garden State Parkway and Route 36.
