JLL announces Holiday Inn sale

BLUEFIELD, WV: On behalf of Equity Inns, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels' select service division is pleased to announce the sale of the Holiday Inn in Bluefield, W.V. to Stafford Hospitality, Inc. The 120-room property, located in Bluefield, features a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, restaurant/lounge and 3500 s/f of meeting space. Bluefield is located in Mercer County, home to numerous industries which operate in a worldwide arena. The hotel is conveniently located off of Interstate 77.
"The Holiday Inn presented an excellent investment opportunity for a local owner operator to rejuvenate a hotel that has been a consistent performer for many years." said Ros Mallory, a vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle.
