Hidroek Realty announced the following transactions:
* A 1,500 s/f lease for W-Engineering at 240 West 35th Street for a term of three years. Robert Kaplan and Lisa Vidal of Hidrock Realty represented the landlord.
Nicholas Zagar of Adams & Company Real Estate represented the tenant. 240 West 35th Street was purchased in August 2008 by a partnership of Hidrock Realty and Meritage Properties.
* A 1,600 s/f lease for Texpa at 240 West 35th for a term of five years. Robert Kaplan and Lisa Vidal represented the landlord. Ohad Tabari of Living Real Estate Group represented the tenant.
* A 1,500 s/f lease for Risk Protective Services at 240 West 35th Street for five years. The tenant, a security firm that has been in the building since 2006, expressed the need to expand into a larger space. Hidrock was able to make the space next door to them available. Robert Kaplan and Lisa Vidal represented both landlord and tenant.
