Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. announced that Searle's has signed a 15-year lease at 1296 Third Ave. in New York City. Faith Hope Consolo and Josephh A. Aquino, of Garrick-Aug Worldwide, represented both parties in the transaction.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Crate and Barrel has signed a long-term, 40,217 SF lease at 611 Broadway in New York City. Gene Spiegelman, director of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction. Evan Stein represented the landlord, Cable Building Partners.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates announced that Buy Buy Baby has signed a 38,000 SF lease at 270 Seventh Ave. in New York City. Robert Futterman, CEO of Rob ert K. Futterman & Associates, and Howard Gilbert, senior managing director, represented the tenant in the transaction.

GVA Williams announced that Tanner Companies Limited Partnership has signed a 10-year, 13,511 SF lease at 261 Fifth Ave. in New York City. Douglas Grabiner, senior director of GVA Williams, and Michael Liss, associate, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Insignia/ESG announced that Mallett of London has signed a 25-year lease for the entire building at 929 Madison Ave. in New York City. Andrew Goldberg, senior managing director of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction. Judy Brener, Esq. represented the landlord, the estate of Sol Goldman.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchione PC has signed a 10-year, 35,723 SF lease at One Penn Plaza in New York City. Franklin Speyer, executive vice president of Cushman & Wakefield, and Louis D'Avanzo, senior director, represented the tenant in the transaction. Daniel North, vice president of Vornado Office, served as an in-house representative for the landlord.

Aries Deitch & Endelson announced that the CVS Corporation has signed a 13,640 SF lease at Arcadian Garden Center in Ossining, N.Y. Barry Endelson and Marty Deitch, of Aries Deitch & Endelson, represented the landlord in the transaction.

W&M Properties announced that IPI Skyscraper Mortgage Corp. has signed a 5,809 SF lease at 711 Westchester Ave. in White Plains, N.Y. Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, JoAnn B. McGrath, vice president of leasing and marketing, and Laurie A. Wade, senior leasing associate, represented the landlord in the transaction. John J. Johnson, managing director of Julien J. Studley, Inc., represented the tenant.

Goldschmidt & Associates announced the following transactions at Two Overhill Road in Scarsdale, N.Y.:

* Dr. Ogedi Okajekwe has signed a 497 SF lease;

* Drs. Katchis and Nicholas have signed a 380 SF lease;

* RTM, Inc. has signed a 1,125 SF lease. Jodie Dostal, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction;

* Kisher & Lewitas, LLP has signed a 460 SF lease.

Team Resources announced that Amex Computers has signed a 26,180 SF lease at 150 Grand Ave. in Carlstadt, N.J. David Cantor and Don Kornbluth, of Team Resources, represented both the landlord, Whitehall Industrial Properties, and the tenant in the transaction.

Insignia/ESG, Inc. announced that Daiichi Pharmaceutical Corporation has signed an 18,000 SF lease at One Maynard Drive in Montvale, N.J. Jeffrey Babikian, senior managing director of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Insignia/ESG, Inc. announced that Max Mara has signed a 24,000 SF lease at One Branca Road in Secaucus, N.J. Benjamin H. Katz, senior managing director of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction.

The Gale Company announced that Fidelity Insurance Company has signed a 23,709 SF lease at One Newark Center in Newark, N.J. Jon Meisel, Peter Hamburger, and Curtis Foster, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction. Robert R. Martie, senior vice president of the Gale Company, Joe Rasmusson, vice president, and Tim Greiner, assistant vice president served as in-house representative for the landlord.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Freeman Products Worldwide has signed a long-term, 37,000 SF lease at 487 Edward H. Ross Drive in Elmwood Park, N.J. Bonni S. Heller, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Liberty Property Trust announced that Equity One has signed a seven-year, 75,904 SF lease at 301 Lippincott Drive in Marlton, N.J. Kirk Miller, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction.
