Grubb & Ellis Company announced the addition of Frank Lopriore, CCIM, John Donnelly, Adam Silver, Wayne Kasbar, Sr., Kim Kretowicz, Bill Kanter and Terry Armstrong to the New Jersey team

Grubb & Ellis Company (NYSE: GBE) announced the addition of Frank Lopriore, CCIM, John Donnelly, Adam Silver, Wayne Kasbar, Sr., Kim Kretowicz, Bill Kanter and Terry Armstrong to the New Jersey team. Lopriore joined the Fairfield office as senior vice president. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, he enjoyed a successful career at Insignia ESG and Trammell Crow Company. Silver, joined the office as senior vice president. He was formerly with Newmark Knight Frank, and its predecessor firm, Jacobson Goldfarb and Tanzman. Kasbar, Sr. joined as senior vice president. Donnelly joined the Industrial Group in Fairfield as vice president. Prior to joining Grubb & Ellis, Donnelly was with Trammell Crow. Kretowicz is the newest member of the Grubb & Ellis team. Kretowicz comes from Weichert Commercial, where she served as branch manager for the firm's Central New Jersey office.
At Grubb & Ellis, she will specialize in landlord and tenant representation of office properties in the Central New Jersey area, and will also handle select investment transactions. Kanter joins the Industrial Group in the Fairfield office as vice president. Armstrong joined the firm as a vice president with the New Jersey Industrial Services Group. He joins Grubb & Ellis' Fairfield office from CB Richard Ellis where he earned the distinction of being recognized as one of CBRE's top new industrial brokers nationally.
