Cushman & Wakefield announced the promotion of Andrew Kahn to senior director. He was previously a director, and has more than 12 years of retail real estate experience. Mr. Kahn specializes in representing premium brand retailers, as well as owners of properties in premium brand retail districts. His expertise ranges from the execution of national rollouts to advising on new construction of urban retail properties. Mr. Kahn's retail clients include Calvin Klein, Oscar de la Renta, Gucci, Les Copains, Tibi, Pomellato, Breil, American Apparel, Levi Strauss & Co., Max Studio, Callaway Golf Company, Trek Bicycle, A/X Armani Exchange, Crate & Barrel, Poltrona Frau, Cappellini and Cassina. As a landlord representative, Mr. Kahn has represented such well-known property owners as Rabina Realty, Peninsula Hotels, Centaur Properties, Resolution Capital, United American Land, Cooper Square Realty, Intertech, The Bank of New York, Eastgate Realty, Macklowe Properties, Shuwa and The Goodman Company.
