Sheldon Good & Company to conduct auction May 7

Sheldon Good & Company Auctions will present the American Dream to individuals seeking to buy a home with rental income potential, or the small real estate investor who seeks to establish an easy-to-manage portfolio of rental residences in a multi-property auction of single, two-, three-and six-family homes and apartment buildings in Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island and The Bronx. The auction will be held May 7 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York at 7 p.m. A third of the properties will be sold absolute to the highest bidders.

In addition to the on site inspections staffed with auction specialists, there will be a buyer's seminar at the offices of Sheldon Good & Company, 18 East 41st St., New York, New York on May 5 at 6 p.m., where potential bidders may spend more time understanding how to bid at the auction and get the best property they can.

The properties are:

* Two-family home at 232 26th St. in the Bushwick section and a three-family at 3903 Lyme Ave., in the Seagate section of Brooklyn.

* Six-unit buildings in Bushwick at 1351 Greene Avenue, 187 and 195 Stockholm Street, 1116 Willoughby Ave., 225 Himrod St., 315 Stanhope St. and 98 Linden St. and a six-unit building at 219 20th St. in Greenwood Heights.

* Development site at 297 Jefferson Street in Bushwick.

* Rego Park, Queens Co-Op at 6145 98th Street (Park City Estates).

* Two-family home at 2517 Boston Rd in the Bronx.

* Single-family home at 36 Post Lane in Staten Island.
