Dumann Realty has announced the following lease transactions:
* Cavatappo Wine Bar is expanding to Murray Hill. Currently located on the Upper East Side, Cavatappo is opening its second location at 347 Third Avenue. They will be offering red, white, sweet, dry, still, and sparkling varieties from the various wine regions of Italy and around the world. Cavatappo Wine Bar, represented by Tim Bratz of Dumann Realty, negotiated a 10-year lease of the 700 s/f ground floor space with dramatic 18-foot ceilings and full basement. The asking price was $10,000 per month.
* Meena Threading and Beauty Salon has signed a 10-year lease with 5-year option for a 700 s/f space at 164 East 56th Street as part of a relocation effort from their current location also in Midtown East. The asking price was $8,000 per month. The building is owned by Joseph Bari of JPB Realty and the tenant was represented by Sheldon Grant of Dumann Realty. The salon is scheduled to open in August of 2008.
