Lisa M. Palumbo has been named general counsel for Parsons Brinckerhoff.
Palumbo has over 20 years of legal experience in the technology, defense, manufacturing and services sectors. Prior to joining PB, she served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary at EDO Corporation. She previously served as general counsel and secretary at Rayonier Inc.

Palumbo earned her J.D. degree from Rutgers University and also received a B.A. from the school.
She is admitted to the New New Jersey and Connecticut bars.
