Oestreicher finishes Fordham Law project in Manhattan in record time

Real Estate Weekly, May 28, 2008

Brian Donovan, vice president with Oestreicher Construction Corporation, recently announced the completion of a renovation project for Fordham University School of Law, at 1790 Broadway between 56th and 57th streets in Manhattan.

Oestreicher handled an 8,000 s/f gut renovation throughout the 13th floor for Fordham, providing general contracting and construction management services.

The project was completed on a rush schedule--16 weeks of construction work was completed in only 10 weeks.

The building, located in the heart of New York City, has allowed Fordham the ability to continue to expand its presence in the area and provide top-tier education opportunities for its students, as well as premier technologically advanced space for its faculty.

Oestreicher's team of construction experts made it possible for the job to be completed in record time.

Despite the rush schedule, Oestreicher maintained their dedication to quality construction and they continually strive to excel at design and innovation that is reflected in their office renovation projects.
