Michael A. Burak Inc. has been hired to oversee the local management of the Post Commerce Center in Dublin, Ohio, according to Michael A. Burak, the firm's president.
The three-building former Pharmacia complex was purchased by Lion Holding Dublin LLC, an affiliate of Lion & Lamm Capital LLC, a New York City-based real estate investment group. Under Burak's supervision, Adena Realty will provide leasing and property management for the complex.
The center's two office towers are fully leased. The third building, a research laboratory, is scheduled for demolition to make room for additional tenant parking and possibly a new 75,000-to-90,000-square-foot office facility.
