Brokers view Court Plaza South in Hackensack, New Jersey

Real Estate Weekly, August 22, 2001

A broker reception attended by nearly 150 professionals launched marketing activities at Court Plaza South in Hackensack, N.J., which has come available in its entirety. Leasing agent Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey, Inc. and owner Alfred Sanzari Enterprises hosted the event, which showcased the 161,000-SF, Class A office building at 21 Main Street.

With views of the Manhattan skyline, Court Plaza South is one of three buildings that comprise Court Plaza, a 335,000-SF landmark property. Attractive glass and granite facades, and extensively landscaped grounds with tree-lined walkways, fountains and large areas of open, green space highlight the campus.

Inside, the property features state-of-the-art systems, with multiple fiber optic carriers. Tenants enjoy on-site ownership and management, underground parking with full-time security, and a neighborhood of fine shops, restaurants and other amenities within walking distance. Court Plaza's downtown Hackensack location provides easy access to Interstate 80 and Route 4, just 10 minutes from Manhattan.

An extensive revitalization has positioned Court Plaza South on par with the best addresses in the New York metropolitan area, according to Cushman & Wakefield's Richard Baumstein, who is heading the building's leasing effort along with Matthew Seltzer and Edward Duenas.

"Court Plaza South offers one of finest leasing opportunities in the market today," Baumstein said. "Beyond the image, quality and prestigious Bergen County address, its ownership is among northern New Jersey's most renowned development firms, known for its superior management and tenant relationships."

The three-story building's flexible floor plates can accommodate users from 10,000 square feet. New leases include a generous work letter, and all tenants benefit from Court Plaza South's newly renovated lobby, restrooms and elevators.
