Referral Associates accepting applications
Real Estate Weekly, August 22, 2001
Referral Associates of New Jersey, an affiliate company of Prudential New Jersey Properties, announced that it is accepting new licensed agents interested in real estate referral activities.
"Referral Associates of New Jersey is the perfect solution for people interested in eventually becoming a real estate agent or for agents wishing to become inactive day-to-day but keep their license active," said Bernie Goodman, Administrative Director of Referral Associates of New Jersey (RANJ). "Spouses of agents often become referral agents as well."
The RANJ currently houses 700 licenses for referral agents who can send referrals anywhere in the word. A referral is a lead concerning anyone interested in buying or selling residential real estate. Potential sources of referrals include personal and business contacts; civic, social and professional associations; and church and sports interest groups.
"With one in four American families moving every year, there exists an excellent opportunity for agents to earn extra income by simply seeking out information and processing it through Referral Associates" said Goodman
A valid Real Estate license or Real Estate Commission license is required in order to become affiliated with the program. If a person does not yet have one, RANJ can help them get one through the American School of Business for a $129 fee.
Those interested in a career in real estate and/or would like more information about membership in Referral Associates of New Jersey should contact Bernie Goodman at, (973) 770-0100 ext. 318.
