NAI James E. Hanson, Inc. has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 883 Julia St., a 21,000 SF industrial building in Elizabeth, N.J. Thomas W. Ryan and Lee N. Eagles will handle this assignment on behalf of NAI James E. Hanson.

Sheldon Gross Realty Inc. has been appointed as exclusive leasing agent for 60 Route 46, a 25,000 SF office building in Fairfield, N.J. Bob Nathin, senior vice president, will handle this assignment on behalf of Sheldon Gross.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 168-23 Jamaica Ave., an 80,000 SF retail property in Queens, N.Y. David Rosenberg and Barry Fishbach will handle this assignment on behalf of RKF.

Squarefeet.com has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 249 Empire Boulevard, a retail property in Brooklyn, N.Y. Jonas Rudofsky, principal, will handle this assignment on behalf of Squarefeet.com.

CB Richard Ellis has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 6 Fitzgerald Ave., a 203,652 SF distribution center in Monroe, N.J. Mindy Lissner and Joe Nitti will handle this assignment on behalf of CB Richard Ellis.

Greiner-Maltz has been appointed as the exclusive sales agent for 4620 27th St. in Queens, N.Y. John Vasiliou will handle this assignment on behalf of Greiner-Maltz.

DiProspero, president of Professional Realty, and Larry Katz, senior vice president, represented the seller in the transaction.

CB Richard Ellis announced the sale of 698 Rt. 46, a 606,800 SF distribution facility in Teterboro. N.J., to AMB Property Corporation for $32 million. William Waxman, Nicholas Nitti, Carrie Brown, Gerry Bridges, and Jennifer Mangepan, of CB Richard Ellis, represented both parties in the transaction.

CB Richard Ellis announced the sale of 7 Century Drive, a 66,025 SF office building in Parsippany, N.J., to Schenkman & Kushner for $6.625 million. Jeffrey R. Dunne and Christopher G. McManus, of CB Richard Ellis, represented both parties in the transaction.
