VJB Construction Corp. offering interior services
Real Estate Weekly, August 21, 2002 by Vincent J. Bagnoli, Jr.
Many clients recognize the high level of client service and quality that VJB Construction Corporation brings to the construction process in residential building or intricate renovations of apartment buildings and hotels. However, many clients don't realize through our interiors division, CGC Interiors, we offer a gamut of corporate interior, services at the same high levels of service and detail.
When creating, renovating, refitting or converting space, most experts agree that the process is faster when a knowledgeable, hands-on interior construction manager is involved. In a region where location and luxury dictate pricing and often occupancy levels, construction firms with experience in interior construction are in great demand.
Taking advantage of current market conditions, many owners and tenants are now contemplating renovating projects to take advantage of better pricing and quicker turn-around construction schedules dictated by current industry situations.
Through our interiors division at VJB Construction Corporation, we have grown into an organization capable of executing the largest of projects. Throughout the growth and high-profile projects associated with it, we have remained true to our company motto, "Every construction company cements foundations...the good ones cement relationships."
Our high level of customer service continues to be the foundation of our company's growth and strategic direction. We have the capabilities of servicing a wide spectrum of market sectors with our expertise, from law firms to financial services, from retail to professional office to space, from preservation to religious facilities, CGC Interiors can reconfigure and in effect create space. We work with our clients to develop a schedule, mobilize and execute the program and deliver the project within the specified time frame and budget.
CGC Interiors recently completed a 12,000-SF project for Manhattan Diagnostic Radiology, located in mid-town Manhattan.
This state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging center was a "fast track" project completed in eight months. Spread over three floors, this challenging project called for the installation of atmospheric protection mechanisms to run new and highly sophisticated technologies including: a PET Scanner, Multislice Helitcal CT, 1.5T Short Bore General Electric Signa LX MRI Scanner, Millennium MG Nuclear Imaging System and Outpatient Ultrasound and CT Guided Biopsy equipment and an interior private elevator.
Plans called for the fit-out of a luxurious reception area, waiting and changing areas, computer stations with Internet access, and private consultation rooms. Extensive millwork and high end finishes, custom workstations and lighting fixtures were installed.
The CGC Interior team worked closely with the VJB Construction team to successfully address logistical challenges as VJB Construction was constructing The Pearl, the 23-story building that is home to Manhattan Diagnostic Radiology.
Other projects we have recently undertaken include The Manhattan Club and the Roseland Ballroom.
VJB Construction Corporation's focus on relationship building and leadership consistently benefits our clients and our divisions. Whether working with VJB or CGC, we are committed to providing our clients with the best professional resources to get the job done.
