Aries Deitch & Endelson announced that Marty Shoes has signed a 4,615 SF sublease at 2215 Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield, Conn. William B. Hesse, of AD&E, represented the tenant in the transaction. David Saunders, of the Saunders Company, represented the sub-landlord.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Conway, Farrell, Curtin & Kelly has signed an 18,000 SF lease at 48 Wall St. in New York City. Rob Lowe and Jonathan Dean, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord in the transaction. Gus Field and Patrick Heeg represented the tenant.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates announced that Agent Provocateur has signed a 12-year, 2,200 SF lease at 133 Mercer St. in New York City. Bruce Sinder and Christopher Owles, of Sinvn Realty Corp., represented the landlord in the transaction. Robert Cohen, of RKF, represented the tenant.

Insignia/ESG announced that Club Monaco has signed a 15-year, 11,000 SF lease at 8 W. 57th St. in New York City. Bradley Mendelson, of Insignia/ESG, represented the landlord, Solow Management, in the transaction. Robert Cohen, of Robert K. Futterman & Associates, represented the tenant.

The Moinian Group announced the following transactions at 1775 Broadway in New York City:

* Daffy's has signed a 23,000 SF lease. Jeffrey Roseman and Paul Berkman, of Newmark, represented the tenant in the transaction;

* Fleet Boston Financial has signed a 3,200 SF lease. David LaPierre, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Daniel Gohari, of the Moinian Group, represented the landlord in both transactions.

Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. announced that Papyrus has signed a 10-year, 1,000 SF lease at 600 Lexington Ave. in New York City. Faith Hope Consolo, vice chairman of Garrick-Aug Worldwide, and Joseph Aquino, managing director, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Sierra Realty Corp. announced that Cadeau Maternity has signed a 2,200 SF lease at 254 Elizabeth St. in New York City. Peter Braus, of Sierra Realty, represented the landlord in the transaction. Beth Greenwald, of Newmark New Spectrum, represented the tenant.

Sierra Realty Corp. announced that Florentine Films has signed a five-year, 1,551 SF lease at 875 Ave. of the Americas in New York City. Curtis Woodside, of Wertheim & Associates, represented the tenant in the transaction. Peter Braus, of Sierra Realty, represented the landlord.

Sierra Realty Corp. announced that Maidenbaum & Associates has signed a seven-year, 3,027 SF lease at 875 Ave. of the Americas in New York City. Robert Gallucci, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction. Peter Braus and James Wacht, of Sierra Realty, represented the landlord.

William B. May International announced that Modern Trading has signed an 11,000 SF lease at 12 E. 14th St. in New York City. Nelson Li, of William B. May, represented the tenant in the transaction. Steven Tarter, of Tarter Stats Realty, represented the landlord, 13th Street Association.

Trizec Properties Inc. announced the following transactions at 1411 Broadway in New York City:

* Apparel Holdings Corp. has signed a 10-year, 35,000 SF lease. Paul Davidson, of Newmark, represented the tenant in the transaction;

* Rocawear has signed a seven-year, 35,000 SF lease. Lance Korman and Brian Waterman, of Newmark, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Adam Weissleder, of Trizec Properties, represented the landlord in both transactions.

Cushman & Wakefield and the McDevitt Co. announced that Joseph has signed a 10-year, 2,300 SF lease at 816 Madison Ave. in New York City. Alan Napack, of Cushman & Wakefield, and Scott Schuster, of McDevitt Co., represented the tenant in the transaction. Harvey Clarke, of AJ Clarke, represented the landlord.

CRESA Partners announced that Gotham Registry has signed a 10-year, 13,000 SF lease at 75 Maiden Lane in New York City. Michael Smith, senior vice president of CRESA Partners, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Breslin Realty announced that Mama Theresa has signed a long-term lease at Clearmeadow Plaza in East Medow,. N.Y. Russ Lico, of Breslin Realty, represented the landlord in the transaction.

Reckson Associates Realty Corp. announced that Salomon Smith Barney has signed a 38,191 SF lease at Reckson Executive Park in Melville, N.Y. Robert Rosenbluth, of Real Estate Strategies, represented the tenant in the transaction.

* Nitro Web Housing Services, Inc. has signed a 2,769 SF lease at 105 Maxess Road in Melville, N.Y.
