GVA Williams announced that Robert D. Bakst has joined the firm as senior managing director.
Prior to joining GVA Williams, Bakst headed his own firm, Chesapeake Realty Advisors. He has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. Bakst's list of clients includes such firms as Saks Fifth Avenue, Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch and Investor Growth International.
Bakst holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the Young Men's/ Women's Real Estate Association of New York.
