Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate announced the following transactions:

* The sale of a 7,900 s/f office building located at 1000 Main Street in Port Jefferson, NY. The sale was for $1,575,000. Walter T. Hurney, an Associate Broker of Investment Properties and William W. Dick, Associate Broker, handled the transaction, assisted by Kyle Markott. sales associate and investment specialist.

* The $9 million sale of an eight-building apartment complex located on Dark Hollow Road in Port Jefferson Village. William W. Dick brokered the sale.

* The sale of a 7.4 acre parcel of land on Factory Avenue in Mattituck, the soon to be site of a 22-unit affordable housing project. The sale was for $895,000. Michael Elliot represented the seller, White Oak Builders, LLC, while David Madigan represented the buyer, the Community Development Corporation (CDC).
