Charter Realty & Development announced it it now representing the Village Roadshow Cinemas in Connecticut, New York and New Jersey in a search for for 38,000 s/f locations.
Gold Class Cinemas is a premium cinema experience offering concierge service, fine food and beverage. Over the last decade of extraordinary economic prosperity, a large and sophisticated market has emerged. This market demands luxury goods, luxury living, luxury service and quality entertainment.

Village Roadshow currently operates 12 Gold Class complexes successfully operating in Australia, Singapore and Greece. Internationally, the concept has proved to be a huge success with patrons discovering a new way to relax, be entertained and socializes.
Gold Class has proved to be the ultimate entertainment concept for people who love movies yet are searching for a more sophisticated and luxurious experience.
The Gold Class Cinemas contain only 300 seats per theater. The company is seeking sites in Weschester, Fairfield, Long Island and northern New Jersey. Sites are required to be 38,000 - 40,000 s/f with 200 parking spaces and 28 ft clear height. Charter Realty's Dan Zelsonis handing the assignment.
