BOMA awards designations

At its April 2 luncheon, BOMA/NY, the New York Association of the nation's leading advocacy group for the commercial real estate industry, awarded professional designations to 15 members of the commercial real estate industry.
Each member of the class of 2003 received one, or more, of the following BOMI designations: RPA (Real Property Administrator), FMA (Facilities Management Administrator), SMT (Systems Maintenance Technician) and the SMA (Systems Maintenance Administrator) to help further their professional career and educational development. Not only is BOMA/NY a major source for continuing education in the field through its luncheons and seminars, it is also the leading New York area provider of the BOMI coursework required for these designations.
