UPS gives stamp of approval to four sites

The Royal Properties leasing team of Jeff Kintzer and David Landes have successfully brokered the following deals on behalf of The UPS Store:

The UPS Store has signed a 10-year lease for 1,366 Sq. Ft. at the Crossroads Shopping Center in Greenburgh, NY. This center located along highly trafficked Route 119 is anchored with an A&P Supermarket and K-Mart. Other tenants include Barnes & Noble, Pier 1 Imports, Dress Barn, Radio Shack, GNC, Coconuts, Modell's and EB Games. This store is scheduled to open April, 2004.

The UPS Store has signed a 10-year lease for 1,155 Sq. Ft. at the Grade A ShopRite Plaza in Norwalk, CT. This center located along heavily traveled Route 1 is anchored with a 62,000 Sq. Ft. ShopRite Supermarket. Other tenants include Barnes & Noble, Comp USA, GameStop, Cingular Wireless, GNC, Webster Bank and Angel Tips. This store is scheduled to open May, 2004.

The UPS Store has signed a 10-year lease for 1,080 Sq. Ft. at East Main Street Plaza in New Rochelle, NY. This center is located on Boston Post Road. Other tenants include Quiznos, Verizon Wireless, State Farm Insurance, Secret Sun Tanning Salon and Mirror Image. This store is scheduled to open May, 2004.

The UPS Store has signed a 5-year lease with a 5-year option for 948 Sq. Ft. inside the Price Chopper Supermarket on Queen Street in Southington, CT. The UPS Store will be joining Payless Shoes and Charter One Bank as co-tenants. The UPS Store will have storefront access as well as the ability to service customers from inside the supermarket. This store is scheduled to open June, 2004.

Royal Properties, Inc. exclusively represents The UPS Store in Connecticut, Westchester, Rockland and Orange Counties. They are looking for 1,000 Sq. Ft.--2,000 Sq. Ft. in very visible supermarket anchored shopping centers and upscale downtown locations.
