Cushman & Wakefield announced that HCL America Inc. signed a lease to occupy 9,100 s/f at 1393 Veterans Memorial Highway, a 153,000 s/f office building located in Hauppauge, N.Y. HCL America, a consulting and IT services company headquartered in Sunnyvale, Calif., will move into its offices on the second floor of 1393 Veterans Memorial Highway in June.
Cushman & Wakefield's David Leviton, executive director, Robert Kuppersmith, director, and Marisa Karmitz, associate, represented HCL America. The property is owned by Ivy Realty Services, LLC.
