Stockholm-based BTS, a world leader in customized business simulation software, has renewed its lease for 6,649 s/f at 300 First Stamford Place for the second time since its tenancy began more than a decade ago, announced Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, the marketing and management agent for the building.
Stephen F. Baker, senior director at Cushman & Wakefield of Connecticut, represented BTS. Jeffrey Newman and assistant vice president Kathleen A. Caraeappa represented the landlord in this transaction.
