The Lincoln Center Real Estate and Construction held its annual Gala on May 7 honoring two of GB Richard Ellis' executives Mary Ann Tighe, president and CEO, NY Tri-State Region and Darcy A. Stacom, executive vice president and partner.
During her 17 years in the real estate industry, Tighe has been responsible for over 40 million SF of commercial transactions. She has conceived, structured and negotiated virtually every form of deal including ground leases, air rights acquisition and disposition, net and gross leases, government incentive packages, and a range of equity transfers from partnership and condominium interests through fee simple sales. Tighe's deals have anchored more than 5.5 million SF of new construction in the New York region.
Stacom has over 22 years of real estate experience and specializes in advisory and asset recovery services, investment sales, and real estate finance. In each of the previous five years, her advisory and sales transactions have exceeded $1 billion predominantly in New York City. Through the course of her career, Stacom has participated in over two million square feet of leases and five million SF of agency business and during each of the previous five years her advisory and sales transactions have exceeded $1 billion.
