Cushman & Wakefield announced that Broadview International has signed a 33,726 SF sublease at 1345 Ave. of the Americas in New York City. Emmett Noonan, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction. TenantWise.com represented the sub-landlord.

Insignia/ESG announced that Faust Goetz Schenker & Blee has signed a 15-year, 17,385 SF lease at 2 Rector St. in New York City. Bradley Gerla and Adam Foster, of Insignia/ESG, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Adams & Co. announced that B&J Fabrics, Inc. has signed a 15-year, 15,568 SF lease at 525 Seventh Ave. in New York City. Arthur Spitalnick and Joey Friedman, of Adams & Co., represented the tenant in the transaction. Mark Horowitz and Bob Savitt, of Kaufman Adler Realty, represented the landlord.

PBS Realty, LLC announced that Hill, Betts and Nash LLP has signed an 11,000 SF sublease at One World Financial Center in New York City. PBS Realty represented the tenant in the transaction.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Zinc Capital Management has signed a 10-year, 10,689 SF lease at 711 Fifth Ave. in New York City. David Dusek and Alex Chudnoff, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the tenant in the transaction. Howard Rosen and John Cannon, of Grubb & Ellis, represented the landlord.

Adams & Co. Real Estate LLC announced that the Art Students League of New York has signed an eight-month, 10,500 SF lease at 215 W. 57th St. in New York City. Sinvin Realty Corp announced that Atmosphere Home Inc. has signed a 10-year, 8,500 SF lease at 121 Wooster St. in New York City.
