Starbucks' hotel opening

The Impulsive Group has signed a 10-year deal with the Starbucks Coffee Company to open a retail shop on the corner of Broadway and 103rd Street.
The hotel building, 2688 Broadway, is also home to the new Marrakech Hotel NYC, as well as numerous other commercial tenants.
The 1,400 s/f shop is planning to open by the end of August. Hank Freid, president & CEO of the Impulsive Group, said: "We're delighted to welcome Starbucks, which compliments our hotel perfectly. We attract a population of travelers, particularly young travelers, who are familiar with the Starbucks brand and seek it wherever they go."
