GVA Williams of Connecticut announced the signing of a 4,100 square foot lease for Walgreens at 20 East Main Street in Waterbury. Walgreens bought the Arrow Drug Store chain as part of an asset purchase agreement in February of 2007. This included 53 Familymeds and Arrow Drug stores. The current site at 76 East Main Street will close once the new location at 20 East Main is in operation.

Walgreen's signed a 10-year lease with the landlord, Lombard Properties. Dominiek Musilli, of GVA, brokered the deal.
