C&W markets Fifth Ave. boutique office space

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Metropole Realty Advisors has appointed the firm as exclusive leasing agent for the office portion of 681 Fifth Avenue, a boutique building undergoing a complete renovation.
Vice chairman Mitchell Konsker, executive vice president Matthew Astrachan, senior director Robert Gallucci and associate Scott Silverstein will market the new, high-end office and showroom space, which totals 62,000 s/f.
The building's 6,000 s/f floor plates provide office and showroom spaces featuring 14-foot high ceilings and expansive windows on three sides with Fifth Avenue views and natural light. A two-level Penthouse, connected by a staircase, offers a 30-foot atrium and two large terraces overlooking Central Park.
