City & Suburban Federal Savings Bank announced that David J. Mount has been appointed vice president of loan administration.
Prior to joining City & Suburban, Mount served as vice president of Emigrant Savings Bank.
Mount holds a B.A. in economics from Muskingum College. He is a member of the Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers and the Real Estate Lenders Association.
